3. Third-Party Services
CurbSite uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe: Payment processing for your subscription. Stripe handles and stores your billing information under their own privacy policy. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery: We use a transactional email provider to send booking notifications and account emails. Email content and recipient addresses are transmitted to this provider solely for delivery purposes.

We share your data with third parties only as necessary to operate the service, and only with providers who maintain appropriate data protection practices.
4. Customer Data (Your Customers)
When customers submit booking requests through your CurbSite website, they provide their name and contact information to you. You are the data controller for your customers' data. CurbSite processes this data as a service provider on your behalf. You are responsible for handling your customers' data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We retain customer booking data for 12 months after the booking date, after which it is deleted unless you request a data export.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account:
- Your website is taken offline immediately
- Your account data is retained for 30 days — you may request an export during this window
- After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted from our systems
Payment records may be retained longer as required by financial regulations.
