CurbSite is an AI-powered website builder designed for local service businesses — plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, HVAC technicians, painters, cleaners, handymen, and other trade professionals. CurbSite generates professional websites, provides online booking management, processes customer payments, and includes local SEO features.
CurbSite is operated by Polsia Inc. ("we," "us," or "CurbSite"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the CurbSite platform, website, and all related services.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@curbsite.polsia.app.
CurbSite is available on a monthly subscription basis at $28.99/month. Your subscription begins when you choose to publish your site and provide payment information.
Billing: You will be charged $28.99 at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your site remains live and accessible until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscription fees already charged. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at support@curbsite.polsia.app and we will work to resolve it.
Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use CurbSite only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Your content: You retain full ownership of your business information, photos, logos, and other content you provide to CurbSite. By providing content, you grant CurbSite a limited license to display, store, and use that content to operate the service on your behalf.
CurbSite platform: CurbSite owns all rights to the platform software, AI models, generated website templates, design system, and all other platform components. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CurbSite's intellectual property to you.
AI-generated content: Website copy, layouts, and other content generated by CurbSite's AI on your behalf becomes your property upon creation, subject to your continued subscription. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content accurately represents your business.
When customers book services through your CurbSite website, that customer data (name, contact information, service requests) belongs to you. CurbSite processes this data to operate the booking functionality on your behalf. You are responsible for handling customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and for honoring bookings made through your site.
Customer payments collected through your CurbSite website are processed by Stripe. By using CurbSite's payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. CurbSite is not liable for payment processing errors, disputes, chargebacks, or failures attributable to Stripe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CurbSite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of CurbSite, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
CurbSite's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CurbSite in the three months preceding the claim.
CurbSite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to CurbSite or its users.
Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export. After 30 days, we will permanently delete your account data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Your continued use of CurbSite after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You and CurbSite waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits to the extent permitted by applicable law.
